Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required
- Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for preferred education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the financial industry required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with investment accounts, retirement accounts, hedge funds, private equities, trust accounts, LLCs or LPs required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Sales Force, Sharepoint, WealthCentral and NetX360 preferred

- Proficient in financial software and technology
Job Duties
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and client satisfaction
- Gather, research and resolve standard client related issues and concerns
- Implement financial planning strategies including IRA contributions, 401k rollovers, life insurance, gifting, charitable contributions
- Manage the onboarding process of new clients by facilitating account openings, transfer requests and account reconciliations for Trusts, LLCs, LPs
- Set up and maintain various client transactions within custodian systems via check, EFT, wire transfer
- Collaborate with other firm employees and external accountants, attorneys, trustees and financial entities to serve client needs
- Create and maintain accurate client records
- Oversee and track liquid assets/accounts including alternative assets and hedge fund holdings
- Evaluate existing and create new life insurance policies by running illustrations, completing applications, coordinating medical exams
- Create, analyze and distribute reports from custodian and data aggregation platforms
- Track and verify client/prospect pipeline activity
