Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
  • Less than one year of related experience
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter their premises
  • May require driving between multiple client locations and a personal vehicle with valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties

Job Duties

  • Promptly inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns
  • Review and respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal communication
  • Provide good customer service
  • Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded
  • Perform duties related to copy/print production, copier maintenance, mail/courier services, reception/office services, shipping/receiving, inventory services, warehouse, and file room/records file services based on assigned location
  • Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed
  • Perform general front office reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling conference rooms, and entering data into computer
  • Respond to customer needs and requests, accept deliveries and set up food and beverages for meetings
  • Manage copy/binding/copier maintenance tasks as needed
