Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to work remotely from within Florida
- mandatory passing of the SIE exam prior to start date
- ability to obtain required Series 7 and 63 licenses
- no visa sponsorship provided
- willingness to be fully jurisdiction registered in all US states and territories as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
- strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- passion for helping others
- a learner’s attitude
- ability to take initiative and accountability
- desire for a long-term career in client service
- ability to meet licensing requirements including Series 7 and 63 or equivalent
Job Duties
- partner with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with financial inquiries
- lead with empathy and an owner’s mindset to solve problems
- help uncover client needs and provide accurate solutions
- collaborate with internal departments to improve client and crew experience
