Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • SIE exam must be obtained before start date
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses as required by compliance
  • Ability to work remotely within the state of Wisconsin
  • Willingness to develop expertise and grow career in client service
  • Must be fully registered in all US states and territories as applicable
  • No visa sponsorship offered

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
  • Desire to continuously build knowledge
  • Demonstrated ownership for client outcomes
  • Ability to take initiative and accountability
  • SIE exam certification
  • Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses and registrations as required

Job Duties

  • Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with financial inquiries
  • Lead with empathy to solve problems and uncover client needs
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve client and crew experience
  • Maintain exceptional client experiences through proactive service
  • Manage account maintenance and issue resolution
  • Support strategic initiatives for continuous improvement
