Job Requirements

  • Mandatory SIE license obtained 14 days before start date
  • Perform work duties within the state of Iowa
  • Commitment to full remote work
  • Ability to obtain Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses

  • Potential full jurisdictional registration in all US states and territories

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of client outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Desire for stability and long-term career growth in client service
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain required regulatory licenses including Series 7 and 63

Job Duties

  • Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with a wide range of financial inquiries from account maintenance to identifying and resolving issues
  • Lead with empathy and an owner's mindset to solve problems, help uncover client needs, and provide timely and accurate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal departments through various strategic initiatives to continuously improve the client and crew experience
  • Support clients through significant financial decisions and inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance client service skills
