Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work remotely from within Florida
  • mandatory passing of the SIE exam prior to start date
  • ability to obtain required Series 7 and 63 licenses
  • no visa sponsorship provided
  • willingness to be fully jurisdiction registered in all US states and territories as needed

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
  • strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
  • passion for helping others
  • a learner’s attitude
  • ability to take initiative and accountability
  • desire for a long-term career in client service
  • ability to meet licensing requirements including Series 7 and 63 or equivalent

Job Duties

  • partner with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with financial inquiries
  • lead with empathy and an owner’s mindset to solve problems
  • help uncover client needs and provide accurate solutions
  • collaborate with internal departments to improve client and crew experience
