Job Requirements

  • Hold active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
  • Perform all duties from within the state of Iowa
  • Have a passion for helping others
  • Possess strong client service experience
  • Demonstrate a learner’s attitude and growth mindset
  • Have 3+ years of customer-facing or inbound phone experience
  • Comply with all compliance and regulatory standards
  • Be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

  • High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of customer-facing or inbound phone experience
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability
  • Desire for continuous learning and professional growth
  • Commitment to building a long-term career in client service

Job Duties

  • Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with a wide range of financial inquiries
  • Lead with empathy and an owner’s mindset to solve problems and provide timely, accurate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve client and crew experiences
  • Uncover client needs and deliver personalized service
  • Ensure every interaction instills trust and confidence
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in strategic initiatives that enhance service quality
