Job Requirements
- Hold active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- Perform all duties from within the state of Iowa
- Have a passion for helping others
- Possess strong client service experience
- Demonstrate a learner’s attitude and growth mindset
- Have 3+ years of customer-facing or inbound phone experience
- Comply with all compliance and regulatory standards
- Be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

- High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of customer-facing or inbound phone experience
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses

- Commitment to building a long-term career in client service
Job Duties
- Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with a wide range of financial inquiries
- Lead with empathy and an owner’s mindset to solve problems and provide timely, accurate solutions
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve client and crew experiences
- Uncover client needs and deliver personalized service
- Ensure every interaction instills trust and confidence
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in strategic initiatives that enhance service quality
