Job Requirements

- desire to build a long-term career in client service
- willingness to obtain Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses as required
- residence within 50 miles of Scottsdale, AZ
- ability to work remotely after training

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree
- minimum of 3 years customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
- demonstrated client relationship management skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- learner’s attitude with a desire to continuously grow knowledge
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- experience in financial services or related sectors preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with a wide range of financial inquiries from account maintenance to resolving issues
- lead with empathy and an ownership mindset to solve problems and provide timely accurate solutions
- uncover client needs and build trust in every interaction
- collaborate with internal departments to improve the client and crew experience
- participate in training and obtain Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses
- ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies
- contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance service quality
