Job Requirements

  • Passion for helping others
  • strong client service experience
  • desire to build a long-term career in client service
  • willingness to obtain Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses as required
  • residence within 50 miles of Scottsdale, AZ
  • ability to work remotely after training
  • no visa sponsorship provided
  • willingness to comply with jurisdictional registration requirements
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • ownership mindset
  • ability to manage multiple client inquiries efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree
  • minimum of 3 years customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
  • demonstrated client relationship management skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • learner’s attitude with a desire to continuously grow knowledge
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • experience in financial services or related sectors preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with a wide range of financial inquiries from account maintenance to resolving issues
  • lead with empathy and an ownership mindset to solve problems and provide timely accurate solutions
  • uncover client needs and build trust in every interaction
  • collaborate with internal departments to improve the client and crew experience
  • participate in training and obtain Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses
  • ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies
  • contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance service quality
