Job Requirements
- Five plus years of experience in operations, hospitality, facilities, or client services preferably in multi-site or field management roles
- Minimum three years managing full-time team members
- Experience managing client relationships across various locations and time zones
- Proven ability to interpret budgets and P and L reports
- Willingness to travel 25 to 50 percent
- Ability to work in NYC, San Francisco, Houston, or Atlanta
- Commitment to represent company brand and values professionally
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Five plus years of experience in operations, hospitality, facilities, or client services
- Minimum three years managing full-time teams with leadership skills
- Experience serving as primary operational contact for multiple client stakeholders
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
- Familiarity with commercial real estate ecosystem or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives and implement process improvements
Job Duties
- Oversee and inspire host teams including experience directors, event managers, and fitness team members across multiple client locations
- Ensure seamless daily operations that meet company standards and client expectations
- Conduct regular site visits and virtual check-ins to maintain service quality and team engagement
- Partner with People Team to hire top talent and ensure exceptional onboarding
- Act as primary operational contact for client stakeholders, building trust-based relationships
- Identify and escalate potential risks, service gaps, or concerns
- Track and analyze key performance indicators across all sites
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly operational updates
- Leverage data and client feedback for continuous improvement strategies
- Lead rollout of new initiatives, policies, and operational enhancements
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and enhance client experience
