Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in operations or related field
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% to client locations
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with budget management and P&L interpretation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
  • Passion for the commercial real estate sector

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in operations, hospitality, facilities, or client services preferably in a multi-site or field management role
  • At least 3 years experience managing full-time team members with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven track record as primary point of contact for multiple client stakeholders across various locations and time zones
  • Experience managing budgets, interpreting profit and loss reports, and creating operational and financial summaries
  • Familiarity with or passion to learn about the commercial real estate ecosystem including stakeholders like asset management, leasing, property managers, facilities, and security
  • Excellent client relationship management skills with a client-centric approach
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and manage customer lifecycles
  • Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities with experience supporting high-performing teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee and inspire host teams including experience directors, event managers, and fitness team members across multiple client locations
  • Ensure seamless daily operations that meet both company standards and client expectations
  • Conduct regular site visits and virtual check-ins to maintain high service quality and team engagement
  • Act as the primary operational contact for client stakeholders at each location, building strong trust-based relationships
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or service gaps to the Strategic Advisor to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators across all sites, preparing monthly and quarterly operational updates
  • Lead rollout of new initiatives, policies, and operational enhancements while ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements
