Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant production and clerical experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Ability to train and supervise staff
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain security protocols
- Capability to monitor and document workflow and performance
- Willingness to provide backup support during absences
- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Inform, implement, and communicate all departmental and company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
- Communicate directly with clients and/or client personnel on the status of requests and inquiries under the direction of the Manager
- Ensure regular inventory audits are performed and escalate discrepancies
- Complete production and quality assurance reports as required
- Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching and counseling with Manager assistance
- Delegate and direct daily workflow, monitor performance and attendance, and submit documentation for disciplinary actions
- Manage receipt, retrieval, and delivery of requested files and containers within Service Level Agreements
- Ensure safety protocols and building security are adhered to
- Receive and record all packages from vendors and postal service
- Coordinate mail pick-up and delivery within the building
- Maintain detailed records and metrics of items received and delivered
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Greet and direct visitors, issue visitor badges and maintain reception security
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area
- Document and communicate team actions and irregularities
- Accomplish related results to support team efforts
- Prepare materials including metering and addressing for distribution
- Prepare daily outgoing shipments using computerized systems
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain logs and reporting documentation as required
