Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in luxury customer service or client-facing roles, ideally within aviation, hospitality, or similar industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM or similar client management systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on trip requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury customer service or client-facing roles within aviation, hospitality, or related high-end industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address unique client needs
  • Proven attention to detail to ensure flawless service
  • Proficiency with CRM systems or similar tools for client management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Preferred experience in private aviation or luxury travel services
  • Event planning or coordinating bespoke travel arrangements
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service
  • Anticipate client needs and preferences, ensuring that every aspect of their travel experience is tailored to their specific desires and requirements
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish
  • Work closely with flight operations, maintenance, and ground staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery
  • Assist in planning and coordinating any special requests or bespoke arrangements, including catering, transportation, and on-ground services
  • Gather client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and identify opportunities for further enhancement
