- outbound and inbound calls, scheduling, and deposit collection
- send appointment confirmations and reminders
- greet clients, offer hospitality, verify details
- take payments for scheduled treatments at check-in
- maintain a clean and high-end front desk environment
- collect 5-star reviews and document key client notes
- support treatment flow and coordinate with aestheticians
- follow SOPs and maintain smooth daily operations
