Job Requirements
- Must reside within 40 miles of Redmond or Seattle
- full-time employment
- must have the ability to travel internationally 30% or more
- five years or more of global security experience preferred
- able to work up to 16 hours per day when required
- must be able to work evenings, holidays and weekends
- ability to walk several miles and stand for long periods during events
- must maintain a valid passport
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- professional demeanor and discretion

Job Duties
- Manage end-to-end event security for events globally
- review contracts, manage budgets, draft RFPs
- draft risk assessments
- collaborate with global security teams including intelligence, executive protection, regional security operations
- work closely with event planning teams including executive procedures, logistics, IT, production, food and beverage
- apply cultural and emotional intelligence
- display business acumen of client products and services
- develop, implement, and revise team standard operating procedures
- provide communications regarding high risk and high visibility events
- develop and implement long-term security strategies
- respond to emergencies and incidents in accordance with policy, procedures, or standards of operation
- maintain situational awareness of global incidents affecting clients
- coordinate and manage security efforts with private security agencies, venues, and law enforcement agencies
- assist with business continuity and emergency management related to regional events
- actively walk and supervise all posts at events to ensure quality expectations and operational standards are met
