Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain future work schedules by assigning appropriately trained personnel
  • implement and improve detailed tracking of staff and their completed training and certifications
  • develop and implement staffing plans for emergency operations and long-term workforce growth
  • act in event management oversight to ensure effectiveness of event staff and meet client expectations
  • develop and implement quality assurance programs
  • provide expert advice to resolve shortcomings
  • maintain active involvement in recruitment, interviewing, selecting, and training of new employees
  • participate in performance appraisals and handle employee grievances and disciplining
  • establish and maintain onsite inventory of critical supplies
  • make independent decisions assigning personnel to match competencies and reduce overtime
  • delegate work assignments and implement performance improvement plans
  • allot open work shifts to maximize staff utilization
  • submit procurement orders
  • recommend productivity and cost reduction strategies
  • act as backup for scheduling and manage event schedules
  • enforce company timekeeping and break policies and conduct audits
  • conduct disciplinary and counseling sessions with staff in collaboration with HR
  • initiate termination procedures
  • maintain high employee morale and low turnover
  • enforce event-specific policies through communication and training
