Job Duties
- Maintain future work schedules by assigning appropriately trained personnel
- Implement and improve tracking of staff training and certifications
- Develop staffing plans for emergency operations and workforce growth
- Oversee event staff effectiveness and ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs
- Participate in recruitment, interviewing, selection, and training of employees
- Conduct performance appraisals and handle employee grievances
- Establish and maintain onsite inventory of critical supplies
- Make independent staffing decisions to balance personnel competency and utilization
- Delegate work assignments and implement performance improvement plans
- Maximize event staff utilization and reduce non-billable expenses
- Submit procurement orders and make productivity recommendations
- Back up scheduling activities to ensure adequate event coverage
- Enforce timekeeping procedures and conduct weekly audits
- Conduct disciplinary and counseling sessions
- Initiate and execute termination procedures as required
- Maintain high employee morale and effective communication
- Enforce event-specific policies and procedures
- Utilize field training staff for event/site training
