Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of event coordination experience in a professional services or corporate environment
- Legal industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM/event management systems preferred
- Flexible to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of event coordination experience in a professional services or corporate environment, legal industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with structure and precision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working directly with attorneys and senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail, strong administrative discipline, and tech fluency (Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM/event systems experience preferred)
- Flexible and willing to travel for on-site event support (including occasional evenings and weekends)
Job Duties
- Support the planning and flawless execution of events, including client strategy sessions, networking receptions and client partnerships
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless event execution and overall client satisfaction
- Oversee event outreach and attendee management-from invitation and RSVP creation and tracking to post-event reporting-using CRM and event management tools (DealCloud experience a plus)
- Assist the Senior Event Manger in development of event campaigns
- Maintain accuracy across event data, deliverables, and internal communications
- Provide on-site support at key events
