Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends
  • Previous experience in med spa or medical office preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to business needs
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic and friendly personality
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Able to sit or stand for long periods
  • Able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Bilingual preference
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Bilingual preference given

Job Duties

  • Warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone
  • Providing basic knowledge and education about services
  • Managing front desk duties including patient check-in and check-out
  • Answering phone calls
  • Overseeing inventory counts and keeping supplies stocked
  • Maintaining a clean and professional environment
  • Assisting providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books
  • Ensuring accurate management of the POS system
