Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Ability to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel
- Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds
- Must maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA
- Must maintain high level of integrity
- Must have sound judgment and decision-making skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with proper etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and remain attentive to clients
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic personality
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- High level of integrity and strong ethical foundation
- Sound judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Bilingual preference given
Job Duties
- Warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone
- Providing basic knowledge and education about services
- Managing front desk duties including patient check-in and check-out
- Answering phone calls
- Overseeing inventory counts and keeping supplies stocked
- Maintaining a clean and professional environment
- Assisting providers and managers with client scheduling and appointment books
- Managing POS system accurately with client and employee information
- Complying with all company policies and procedures
