Job Requirements
- At least one year of previous customer service experience
- flexible schedule with availability to work weekends
- previous experience in a med spa or medical office preferred
- ability to maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
- ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- physical ability to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push or pull up to 50 pounds
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- must adhere to company policies and procedures
- willing to perform other duties as assigned

- working knowledge of Microsoft applications

Job Duties
- Warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone
- providing basic knowledge and education about services
- managing front desk duties such as patient check-ins and check-outs
- answering phone calls
- greeting clients
- overseeing inventory counts
- keeping supplies stocked
- maintaining a clean and professional environment
- assisting providers and managers with client scheduling
- maintaining appointment books
- complying with company policies and procedures
- ensuring accurate management of POS system with client appointment and employee information
