Job Duties

  • greet patients with a warm smile and friendly attitude
  • manage and adjust patient appointments with efficiency and care
  • answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
  • process payments accurately and help patients understand their billing
  • maintain a clean and organized lobby, break room, and product areas
  • assist in flipping and cleaning rooms between patient visits
  • help the Practice Manager with administrative duties and keep things running smoothly
  • provide outstanding customer service ensuring each guest feels valued
  • adhere to all company policies and procedures
