Job Duties
- greet patients with a warm smile and friendly attitude
- manage and adjust patient appointments with efficiency and care
- answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
- process payments accurately and help patients understand their billing
- maintain a clean and organized lobby, break room, and product areas
- assist in flipping and cleaning rooms between patient visits
- help the Practice Manager with administrative duties and keep things running smoothly
- provide outstanding customer service ensuring each guest feels valued
- adhere to all company policies and procedures
