Job Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival
- answer incoming calls and manage client communications via email and phone with professionalism
- assist with meeting preparation including organizing documents and ensuring files are complete
- support advisors as needed
- serve as a reliable team member to maintain smooth office operations
- provide backup support for administrative tasks
- ensure office materials and supplies are well maintained
- represent the firm with clear, friendly, and professional communication
