Job Duties

  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival
  • answer incoming calls
  • manage client communications via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency
  • assist with meeting preparation including organizing documents and ensuring files are complete
  • support advisors as needed
  • serve as a reliable team member who proactively helps maintain smooth daily office operations
  • provide backup support for administrative tasks
  • ensure office materials and supplies are well maintained
  • represent the firm with clear, friendly, and professional communication at all times
