Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of experience working in a warehouse setting
- Two years of progressively responsible administration experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift certification
- Ability to meet attendance requirements
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to perform strenuous physical work including lifting heavy objects
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and manual dollies
- Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate day-to-day pantry and warehouse operations including ordering, processing, stocking, storing and distribution of food pantry items
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
- Oversee and assist pantry volunteers and train staff and volunteers in equipment safety
- Prepare and maintain statistical records and reports accurately and timely
- Order food and supplies from the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and monitor expenditures to ensure budget compliance
- Monitor supply levels and coordinate arrival and distribution of items
- Receive, count, stock, and inspect delivered items for freshness and rotate inventory to prevent spoilage
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and security
- Supervise staff and volunteers in pantry stocking, food distribution and housekeeping duties
- Develop, update and maintain procedures and safety manuals and provide training
- Prepare and maintain necessary paperwork and compliance documentation
- Maintain client in-take process efficiency and assist with client inquiries
- Participate in community outreach, ministry events, and special social service programs
- Assist with loading, unloading and operation of warehouse equipment including forklifts
