Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant customer service experience
  • Ability to use Zendesk or similar CRM tools
  • Proficiency with computers and smartphones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection if working remotely

Job Duties

  • Provide concierge level customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with routine questions and complex issues related to FOREVER's products and services
  • Accurately document client interactions using Zendesk or similar tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience
  • Participate in usability testing for web, mobile, and desktop platforms
  • Offer expert support across web, mobile (Android/iOS), and desktop applications (Artisan and Historian)
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards clients
