Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in business administration aviation management or a related field
- five years of experience managing accounts for high-net-worth individuals preferably in private aviation or luxury services
- strong understanding of private aviation sector including regulations and operational complexities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with CRM software and technology tools
- strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in business administration aviation management or a related field
- at least 5 years of experience managing accounts for high-net-worth individuals ideally in private aviation or luxury service industries
- strong understanding of the private aviation sector including regulations demands and operational complexities
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- experience with CRM software and other client management tech tools
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ability to thrive in fast-paced environments juggling multiple priorities
Job Duties
- be the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients building strong relationships and understanding their unique aviation needs
- keep clients informed with regular updates gather feedback and offer tailored aviation service recommendations
- coordinate and oversee all aspects of client accounts balancing client expectations with aviation regulations and safety standards
- collaborate with flight operations maintenance teams and sales to meet client needs while adhering to industry regulations and providing top-notch service
- mediate and resolve internal conflicts among flight support personnel fostering a positive team environment
- anticipate client needs and proactively address potential issues providing effective solutions to enhance client experience
