Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Two years of experience in a quota carrying sales environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information technology or other related fields or equivalent education and training
  • Ability to travel and spend at least 60 percent of time off-site in face-to-face customer meetings
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferred: One year telecommunications or IT experience

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information technology or closely related fields
  • Two years of experience in a quota carrying sales environment selling to small and medium business customers
  • Ability to build effective customer and coworker relationships
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong sales, communication, and business decision-making skills
  • Experience forecasting sales accurately
  • Preferred one year experience in telecommunications or information technology

Job Duties

  • Meets or exceeds sales goals by assessing current customer needs and closing sales
  • Attends events to drive customer acquisitions and conducts face-to-face visits with customers
  • Spends at least 60 percent of workweek off-site prospecting and meeting customers
  • Prepares sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts
  • Receives and works sales leads from call centers and websites through to closing
  • Maintains ongoing relationships with accounts to maximize sales opportunities
  • Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Takes initiative to improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability
