Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team members
- represent Burrell Behavioral Health in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner
- schedule and reschedule client appointments as needed
- complete client intake paperwork accurately and efficiently
- collect client cost shares for appointments
- work with providers to manage cancellation lists and reschedules
- maintain and update provider cancellation lists
- accurately complete daily deposit logs
- scan documents into client charts
