- ability to navigate various terrains and weather conditions

- knowledge of event management software is a plus
Job Duties
- Support Holden Forests and Gardens mission, vision, and values
- manage the sales to fulfillment cycle for photography sessions, proposals, wedding ceremonies, bridal and baby showers, celebrations of life, and affiliate garden club room rentals
- respond to inquiries and discuss event vision and cost
- facilitate tours as needed
- share and maintain boundaries for permitted event activities
- work closely with Director of Events to provide onsite support and serve as event liaison
- coordinate vendor arrival and rental delivery or pick up including florists, valet companies, musicians, DJs, caterers, and photographers
- collaborate with other departments to coordinate event details and disseminate information
- support ticketed and value-add events hosted by Cleveland Botanical Garden
- complete event preparation documents
- reserve rooms using internal booking system
- prepare contracts and invoices
- process payments
- prepare, set up, and break down event signage
- schedule and facilitate rehearsals, tours, and walkthroughs
- assist with event setup and teardown
- perform other relevant duties as assigned
