- Ability to operate power equipment safely including forklifts and pallet riders
- Strong customer service skills for supporting suppliers, buyers, associates, and internal partners
- Problem-solving ability to research lost merchandise, routing errors, and claims
- Organizational skills for managing fixtures, signage, pallets, and work areas
- Attention to detail in verifying shipments, maintaining safety, and ensuring merchandise accuracy
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as fixture setup, teardown, and housekeeping
- Effective communication skills for addressing questions, coordinating with partners, and sharing updates

Job Duties
- Support merchandise flow by pulling, staging, and confirming pallets of released merchandise sent to stores
- Ensure all shipped merchandise is accounted for and properly delivered
- Dispose of or destroy damaged, unsellable merchandise
- Provide operational customer service by assisting suppliers with deliveries, researching routing errors, claims, and lost freight, and answering questions about policies and procedures
- Support fixture setup and line reviews by building and tearing down fixtures, maintaining signage and fixture organization, and assisting suppliers and associates with locating materials
- Maintain safety and security by following safety protocols when operating forklifts and monitoring supplier activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization through general housekeeping, recycling management, and ensuring work areas are clean and properly supplied
- Execute work assignments effectively using company policies and collaborating with managers and coworkers
- Maintain ethics and compliance by following company policies, supporting ethical business processes, and applying the Open Door Policy
