- ability to manage challenging situations at client sites with composure and efficiency
- ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods of time
- ability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift

- knowledge of Quantum
- forklift certification
- attention to detail to detect errors and ensure quality in all shipments

Job Duties
- prepares outgoing parts for shipment by accurately labeling, packaging, and crating them in compliance with company, customer and regulatory standards
- works closely with the supply chain team to coordinate materials and vendor locations
- verifies and completes all required shipping documentation, including packing slips, bill of landing, and shipping labels
- may also document nonconforming materials when necessary
- uploads all required documentation and photos into quantum to ensure accurate, real time tracking of materials
- may operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and load materials
- coordinates with freight carriers and internal teams to schedule shipment and resolve issues related to damaged, delayed or missing items
