Job Duties

  • prepares outgoing parts for shipment by accurately labeling, packaging, and crating them in compliance with company, customer and regulatory standards
  • works closely with the supply chain team to coordinate materials and vendor locations
  • verifies and completes all required shipping documentation, including packing slips, bill of landing, and shipping labels
  • may also document nonconforming materials when necessary
  • uploads all required documentation and photos into quantum to ensure accurate, real time tracking of materials
  • may operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and load materials
  • coordinates with freight carriers and internal teams to schedule shipment and resolve issues related to damaged, delayed or missing items
