Job Duties

  • Welcome guests to the property
  • provide memorable service
  • anticipate guest needs and respond to and resolve guest complaints
  • manage early and late arrivals, departures, and walk-ins
  • check guests in and out efficiently
  • offer upgraded accommodations when available
  • partner with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations
  • post accurate charges and credits
  • collect and handle cash and credit payments
  • balance cash transactions
  • control and issue room keys securely
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
