Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the property
- provide memorable service
- anticipate guest needs and respond to and resolve guest complaints
- manage early and late arrivals, departures, and walk-ins
- check guests in and out efficiently
- offer upgraded accommodations when available
- partner with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations
- post accurate charges and credits
- collect and handle cash and credit payments
- balance cash transactions
- control and issue room keys securely
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
