Job Duties
- Provide front lobby reception coverage
- receive and route a high volume of calls
- greet visitors
- maintain visitor log
- issue visitor badges
- maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, front office, and conference rooms
- prepare documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
- create and receive purchase orders
- submit weekly temporary staffing hours
- create employee key cards
- sort and distribute incoming mail
- prepare outgoing mail
- submit invoices to Accounts Payable
- order office supplies, uniforms, and shoes for employees
- maintain compliance with GMPs and workplace safety requirements
- foster effective working relationships across departments
- perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- support special projects and additional duties as assigned by supervision
