Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old to apply
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly
- Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work in conditions with risk of electrical shock, wet or humid environments, near moving mechanical parts, extreme cold and heat
- Ability to handle moderate noise levels
- Must wear slip resistant shoes with closed toe and heel and uniform per policy
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- No experience required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Food Handlers Certificate provided at restaurant level
Job Duties
- Serve customers according to customer service standards, priority guidelines, and telephone and front counter procedures
- Prepare high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures
- Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to maintain restaurant standards
- Process information and products through computer system and POS register system
- Follow safety and security procedures as defined by policies and government agencies
- Follow Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as directed by management
- Act as NFI's representative both within the restaurant and the community
- Perform other duties as assigned
