Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Ability to safely work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and stock up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend and push for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- No disciplinary action within the last 6 months for internal transfers
- Current leader recommendation for internal transfers
- May be required to accept part-time position if full-time is unavailable
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and customer service oriented
- Interest in food and cooking a plus
- Experience in customer service, restaurant, barista, food service, grocery or similar environment desired
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail, quality and presentation
- Effective communication skills with coworkers and customers
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to read, understand and follow verbal and written directions
- Reliable with the ability to meet work schedule and attendance policy
Job Duties
- Working in various departments as assigned
- Assisting all customers by providing information and excellent customer service
- Maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
- Executing a variety of assigned duties throughout the store
- Upholding store policies and procedures
- Collaborating with team members to achieve store goals
- Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
