Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- No disciplinary action in the past 6 months for internal transfers or promotion candidates
- Current leader recommendation and endorsement required for internal transfers
- Ability to lift and stock up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, push, walk, bend for extended periods
- Ability to reliably meet work schedule and adhere to attendance policy
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and customer service oriented
- Interest in food and cooking a plus
- Experience in customer service, restaurant, barista, food service, grocery, or similar preferred
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail, quality, and presentation
- Effective communication skills with coworkers and customers
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written directions
- Reliable with good attendance record
Job Duties
- Working in various departments as assigned
- Assisting all customers by providing information and excellent customer service
- Maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
- Executing assigned tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Upholding company policies and standards
- Supporting team members as needed
- Performing all other related duties as assigned
