Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 to apply
No prior experience required
Ability to stand, walk, and use hands regularly over two thirds of the time
Capacity to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently
Willingness to follow safety and hygiene standards
Food Handlers Certificate provided at restaurant level
Ability to wear slip resistant shoes with closed toe and heel, hairnets or hats as required
Basic computer skills to operate POS register
Ability to work in environments with moderate noise, temperature extremes, and risk of electrical shock

Job Qualifications

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
Capability to work productively in a team environment

Job Duties

Serve customers according to customer service standards, priority guidelines, and telephone and front counter procedures
Prepare high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures
Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to maintain restaurant standards
Process information and product through computer system and POS register system
Follow safety and security procedures as defined by local policies and government agencies
Adhere to Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as directed by management
Act as the representative of the restaurant within the community
Perform other duties as assigned
