Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for positions that serve alcohol
- No disciplinary action during the past 6 months for internal transfers or promotion candidates
- Current leader endorsement required for internal transfers
- Ability to occasionally stand, sit, lift up to 50 lbs, push, use keyboard, use telephone, walk and bend for extended periods
- Ability to work part-time if required
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and customer service oriented
- Interest in food and cooking a plus
- Experience in customer service, restaurant, barista, food service, grocery or similar environments desired
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail, quality and presentation
- Excellent communication skills with coworkers and customers
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and multitask
- Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Reliable in meeting work schedules and adhering to attendance policies
Job Duties
- Working in various departments as assigned
- Assisting all customers by providing information and excellent customer service
- Maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
- Executing a variety of store-related duties as assigned
- Working safely in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating effectively with team members
- Continuously learning and adapting to new tasks
