- High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
- Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word Outlook Excel
- Must be dependable and willing to perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Provide frontline customer service in person phone and email
- Provide front desk clerical support including answering phones
- Assist students public and guests with inquiries about academic programs advising and student services
- Provide general computer-related troubleshooting including classroom technology support
- Open and close the satellite facility and maintain security
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
