Job Requirements
- Completion of twelfth grade or GED or equivalency
- Any combination of education, experience, and/or training providing necessary knowledge, skills and abilities
- Possession of valid and appropriate California Driver's License
- Ability to lift, carry or pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work irregular schedules if necessary
- Ability to travel within the local area
- Good customer service skills
- Basic computer competency
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Familiarity with filing and recordkeeping procedures
- Experience with receptionist and telephone techniques

Job Duties
- Receiving and screening visitors
- Directs visitors to appropriate locations
- Responding to requests for information from the public and internal departments
- Tracking and assisting with senior meal program
- Answering routine questions
- Performing various clerical duties
- Utilizing office equipment
- Screening incoming calls
- Distributing mail
- Making photocopies
- Scanning and filing documents
- Entering and compiling data for reports
- Receiving, sorting and distributing correspondence
- Processing forms and documents
- Accepting payment of fees
- Assisting with payroll and accounts payable
- Maintaining and processing cash records
- Performing related duties as assigned
