Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- some general clerical experience
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- proficiency with personal computers and current office software
- willingness to work irregular hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or Vietnamese highly desirable
- ability to operate office machines and perform arithmetic computations
- good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Sorts and files material alphabetically, numerically, chronologically, and by other predetermined categories
- searches files for specified information, secures, prepares, and copies data using some independent judgment
- prepares and maintains mailing and other lists
- makes simple postings to various records according to standardized procedures
- performs simple arithmetic computations in preparing and checking forms, reports, or statistical tabulations
- serves as a desk clerk or receptionist providing routine information and directing callers
- processes applications and forms of a standardized routine nature
- receives money, issues receipts, and maintains simple cash records
- operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, calculators, and photocopiers
- schedules group reservations and sends correspondence
- creates reports, agendas, flyers, and other documents
- welcomes visitors and provides general information in a friendly manner
- provides receptionist duties including answering the telephone
- performs data entry and record keeping
- operates cash register and processes payment accurately
- performs other clerical functions as assigned
