Job Requirements
- Completed twelfth grade level of education
- Background in secretary or receptionist work
- Ability to accept responsibility and respect authority

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinates and schedules patient appointments
- Maintains all aspects of patient medical records including scheduling re-evaluations and re-certifications
- Records daily patient charges and assists with deposits
- Tracks and collects patient deductibles and co-payments
- Performs general receptionist duties such as answering phones and filing
- Processes dictation and forwards documents to referring doctors including Medicare recertifications
- Performs additional duties assigned by the Office Manager or Clinical Director
