Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience supervising or coordinating cleaning or maintenance teams preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving walking, climbing, and lifting heavy objects
- Commitment to uphold venue policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications

- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, climbing stairs, and lifting over 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Direct and supervise cleaning staff and other employees performing similar services as directed
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Lead and train staff including assisting in staffing positions and managing breaks
- Assist management to ensure compliance with all venue policies and safety regulations
- Participate in the venue's sustainability program by implementing resource conservation and waste prevention initiatives and educating fans
- Partner with team members to close the venue by collecting recyclables and storing event equipment properly
- Oversee productivity and work assignments of cleaning staff and communicate challenges and status to management
- Assign and schedule team members to specific duties
- Enforce safety, health, and security duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Cleaning Services Manager
