Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs and occasional sitting

Job Duties
- Direct and supervise cleaning staff and other employees performing similar services as directed
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Lead and train staff including assisting in staffing positions and managing breaks
- Assist management to ensure compliance with venue policies and all safety regulations
- Participate in venue sustainability programs including waste sorting, recycling, and fan education
- Partner with other staff to close the venue by collecting recyclables and storing event equipment
- Oversee productivity and work assignments of cleaning staff and communicate with management about challenges and status prior to shift end
- Assign and schedule team members to specific duties
- Enforce safety, health, and security duties
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Cleaning Services Manager
