Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards
reliable transportation or ability to commute to venue
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial role preferred
ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
strong attention to detail
dependable and able to work flexible hours including event days and evenings
good communication skills
team player mindset
commitment to provide excellent customer service
understanding of sustainability and recycling practices

Job Duties

day to day cleaning and housekeeping duties around the venue and site
comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms
keep all guest facing areas free of trash
restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed
keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned
ensure venue and outbuildings are cleaned and stocked before gates open
ensure site and outbuildings stay clean and stocked during events
participate in venue's sustainability program including sorting waste and collecting recycling
educate fans about sustainability efforts
partner with fellow staff at end of show to close venue
collect recyclables from lawn and reserved sections
pick up and properly store event equipment such as lawn chairs and barricades
perform additional tasks as requested by management
