Job Requirements
- Must live within 15 miles of Spring Branch, Memorial, Energy Corridor
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Able to stay active all shift and lift 30 lbs
- Friendly and customer-focused
- Able to work no less than 30 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or similar role advantageous
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform hands-on cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Clean homes thoroughly including walking, bending, scrubbing, and moving throughout the day
- Enter clients' homes respectfully and professionally
- Communicate honestly and kindly with clients
- Maintain dependable and friendly relationships with clients
- Work independently while meeting high standards of cleanliness
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and quality
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly
