Job Requirements

At least 16 years old
ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders or equipment safely
willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
ability to use cleaning chemicals and supplies safely
ability to interact positively with customers and team members
ability to follow company policies and guidelines

Job Qualifications

Retail or cleaning experience preferred
ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
good communication and interpersonal skills
ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines

Job Duties

Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards
deliver friendly customer service and assist customers
collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures
dust and damp mop floors according to guidelines
move equipment and products for cleaning and replace correctly
deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways
notify supervisor for supply replenishment
complete assigned tasks and follow federal, state, and company guidelines
interact positively with team members and customers
model positive behavior for team
provide checkout experience and handle cash
engage customers on Rewards program and credit card enrollments
assist with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS
participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution
support shrink and safety programs
adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
