- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and communal areas
- Abide by Hilton's protocols for health, safety, and security at all times
- Give a warm and expert service to guests who seek assistance
- Encourage consistent interaction with supervisors and team members to maintain the efficiency of housekeeping procedures
- Assist colleagues and be willing to support various sections of the hotel when required
