Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 2 years experience in janitorial or equivalent
- ability to work independently and stay motivated
- physical ability to walk climb stairs and lift over 50 lbs
- comfort working in fast-paced environments with large crowds and loud noise
- willingness to work outdoors
- effective communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow cleaning checklists and safety protocols
- readiness to perform assigned duties including waste management and restocking

- physical stamina to walk climb stairs lift and carry over 50 lbs

Job Duties
- keep the venue safe and clean at all times including cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and guest areas
- distribute trash bins before events replace trash liners during events and remove bins after events
- follow cleaning checklist as assigned by venue management
- keep work areas neat and orderly clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties
- participate in venue's sustainability program including waste sorting and recycling education
- restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed
- collect recycling and trash before during and after shows
- stock necessary items before guests arrive
- notify management of deficiencies or repair needs
- ensure venue is show ready before fans arrive
- clean up spills to keep venue safe
- comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas
- be responsible for assigned areas such as backstage seating VIP plazas parking lots and exterior zones
- perform other duties as assigned
