Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year cleaning or housekeeping experience
  • age 18 or older
  • ability to speak, read, and write English
  • legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • successful background check
  • drug screening
  • physical ability to perform cleaning duties
  • availability to work Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • prefer 1 year of cleaning or housekeeping experience in a real estate or hospitality setting
  • ability to provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner
  • ability to speak, read, and write English sufficiently to perform job duties
  • legal qualification to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines
  • successful completion of background check and drug screen
  • able to work collaboratively with team members and management

Job Duties

  • Routinely clean and disinfect leasing office, clubhouse, model units, common area restrooms, amenities, laundry rooms, stairwells, and controlled access buildings as directed
  • stock kitchen and restrooms with necessary supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
  • clean all aspects of vacant apartment homes including appliances, bathrooms, and glass to company standards
  • freshen vacant apartment homes, model units, and show units throughout the day including vacuuming and dusting
  • assist in apartment make-ready processes with additional duties as assigned
  • pick up trash and litter throughout community grounds and common areas
  • maintain cleaning supplies and request reordering in a timely manner
  • uphold safety data sheets and ensure proper labeling of chemicals
  • maintain proper security practices including key control
  • participate in resident events, community programming, and local/non-profit programs
  • distribute notices and resident communications
  • report hazardous situations to supervisors promptly
  • provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and guests
  • complete assigned tasks by deadlines and communicate obstacles with supervisors
  • work collaboratively and respectfully with peers and other departments
